Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Grapeseed Oil, Polysorbate 80, Menthol Crystals, Essential Oil Blend.
Directions: Place your shower steamer on the floor of your shower, not directly under the running water, or it will all dissolve. When the water hits it, it will fizz, and release the aroma of the essential oil blend.
